Worst service I've ever had. Requested service back in February and it took them 10 days to deliver after repeated request. Normally only takes a day or two at the most upon request but this time it took 10 days. After nermouse phone calls daily I spoke with owner and explained this was unacceptable. I informed the owner I had a newborn and can not go with heat or hot water during a cold winter month like Febuary. I was told on phone by the owner his automatic delivery customers came first. After letting him know my situation again with a newborn and it had been over a week since I had requested service the owner flat out told me he didn't care. Two days afterwards and three days without heat and hot water my family threatened legal action against his company and only then did we get our oil delivery. So as you can imagine I've never used them again and never will. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I hope nobody has to go thru what me and my family did.
