Established in 1980, Vintage Imports is an independent, family owned and operated importer & distributor of fine wine. Our mission is to provide the highest level of service to our Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey restaurants and retailers. Vintage Imports is a local importer and distributor – based just outside of NE Philadelphia – that is owned by industry veteran Paul Zientek. Paul’s 30+ years of experience running a service- and quality-minded wine sales organization is combined with a passionate team and a dynamic portfolio of growers and producers from the west coast and throughout the world. The wines in our portfolio reflect the land and the people that produce them, as well as offer quality and value – whether the price is $5 or $500. Our portfolio is ever-growing, as we seek out both established and up-and-coming producers who can complement our comprehensive portfolio. Our team of sales people, office, and logistics staff are all passionate professionals, who are dedicated to top-tier customer service.  a cohesive staff of passionate professionals, is committed to excellence in service. Selling that service level is just as important as the physical product that we invoice for. We maintain two large temperature-controlled warehouses and a fleet of vehicles to make sure we get you your products when you need them, and in perfect condition. Do we run out of things sometimes? Make delivery mistakes? Absolutely. But we make sure that every situation is handled as quickly as possible, and do everything we can to make the situation right – and that we learn from those mishaps to prevent them from happening again. We believe in treating our suppliers and customers ethically and with respect. We value long-term relationships, and welcome feedback from our vendors, customer, and employees. Our portfolio is hand-chosen with input from our sales team, managers, and owner. New and Old World, we appreciate the art of the craft – from small boutique producers up to more mainstream wineries. Many of our selections are sustainable, organic, or biodynamic – and while those terms are thrown around today as marketing words, we see them simply as just ‘the right way’ of doing things. Among our selections, you will find not only the small niche growers, but also some of the best-known and respected names from around the world. We are also very proud of our direct imports – wineries for which we are both the importer and distributor – exposing our customers to wines that would otherwise never be seen here in the States. By doing our own imports, we are also able to ‘cut out the middle man’, enabling us to save on a layer of markup and pass those savings on to our customers – offering exceptional quality and value.
