I don't know why their overall rating is so low. I could not be happier with the responsiveness and professionalism they showed handing both the installation of my irrigation system and the winterizarion process. Amanda and Ivan both went out of their way to get me quick responses and quick service.

KT Irrigation is one of the worst-run companies in Northern Virginia. For years I have had trouble with them returning phone calls, responding to requests, following-up on issues they have identified. Because they designed and installed my original system with Toll Brothers, I have stuck with them. But as of today I am done. I have called them 3x to get my backflow installed. They have not returned a single call over the last 2.5 weeks. My lawn is brown because they won't return to fix the problem they couldn't fix last time. Trust me do not use them. They are awful.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. I recommend using any other company in the area. I forfeited leave to try and accommodate their restrictive schedule, made multiple confirmation calls, only to have them blow me off without so much as a single returned call, email, or apology. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache, and use a real company.
