The instructors here are friendly and patient. My nieces(4 and 6) love it. They’ve become quite confident in water and been always happy to go to classes. That’s all we expect to see! My family is very satisfied.

I enrolled my 3 kids in British Swim School 2 years ago (for 5 months) and i had no complaints. My kids learned so fast and teachers were very knowledgeable. Jason was very attentive to my concerns like make up classes and very easy to talk to. So sad that there is no nearby British Swim School in the area where we moved. I highly recommend this branch in Las Colinas (Mac Arthur Hills).

I have truly enjoyed our time with British Swim School! My son began swimming at 7/8 months old. The instructors have all been so sweet and great with kids of all ages. Jason (director) and team are very easy to work with :-) I really recommend enrolling your baby if s/he loves the water and you want your little one to learn survival skills and how to swim. It is amazing how they grow each week and the skills they learn overall.

I was a member of LA fitness in Bedford and back in May of 2018 I decided I’d get back into swimming to keep up with the kids and grandkids on an upcoming vacation to Florida. I started swimming laps, but knew my technique was very rusty since my last swim strokes were as a lifeguard 30 years ago. One day I showed up at the gym and BSS had just started giving lessons at the pool and had 2 of the 4 lanes reserved. At the time no lanes were open, so I turned around to walk out, but then the idea popped into my head to see about lessons to fix my form. I turned back around and went into the pool area to talk to one of the instructors. My opening line was “do you guys give adult lessons?”. To which he (Kevin?) responded “yes we do”. I told him about my swim background and what I was looking for. We decided to do once a week for 4 weeks (one month) to clean up my form. In the lessons, I worked with several different instructors, who were all very friendly and helpful. Ultimately, my experience was very positive. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who may need lessons - especially adults guppies who want to swim like sharks!

I am soley basing my grades on experience and observation for British swim school because this is the first swim school I enrolled my daughter to. Swim school was located at retirement facility and the pool is indoor and water temperature was controlled to be warm. The pool is not huge but its adequate for babies to beginner kids. It's very well managed as Jason(head manager) takes all complaints or advices to consideration and contact you if need to be to make sure parents are satisfied. All the instructors were very patient and kind to kids, even the ones that does not listen or does not want to learn but play by leading them and showing them how learning to swim can be both fun and must for basic water survival. I am satisfied with taking my kids to learn how to swim here and I can strongly suggest others to do so.

British Swim School has boosted my daughter's confidence in water. With the coaching received here, she is now able to independently float and comfortable with head in the water. Location of the school is convenient and instructors are extremely kid friendly.

It started well for my daughter until she moved from beginners to the next class. After that there was no consistency and teachers were different every class (we attended the same day/time every week). Every teacher was going over the same stuff she had already done successfully in previous classes instead of showing her something new. There was definitely a lack of consistency. Also, teachers have tendancy to start class a few mins late and end it too early. Sometimes duration of class did not exceed 17 mins. Lastly, they increased tuition by 30% with no added value what so ever. The pool at the Las colinas location is too small and doesn't seem practical at all.
