The apartments are clean, the community is good, but the office management is the worst I have ever had to deal with, every day, every month, they come up with some new and amazing ways to take money out of you. I have leave there for a year and I cant wait to move out. If you plan on living in that complex be prepared to step out of your comfort zone when talking with the office management. they accounting team is incapable to do simple math, if you receive anything from them or if they tell you anything request to have it in writing. They truly are THE WORST OF THE WORST...

Moved in during a PANDEMIC and was floored at the wonderful service we received from the staff. Check in was breeze! Caitlin even took the time to explain everything as this was my husband and I’s first apartment. And if you’re looking for a place that’ll love your fur baby, no matter the breed, as much as you do check them out! Some of the best rent for the space you’re getting!

The management staff, with exception of Paige, is very unprofessional and not personable. If you have a problem good luck reaching them unless it's by email or text. When dealing with people it can be frustrating at times, but it's your job. Darby in maintenance is awesome as well. Customer service is key to staying successful in an industry like this.
