Fine dining in Gig Harbor! It's hard to recommend a single dish because every menu item is executed well, full of flavor. If you're looking for large portions, this is not that kinda restaurant. If you're looking to make a great impression on a date, this is your place.

Amazing! I highly recommend the bone and marrow and bread & butter appetizers. The bread that come with both dishes are super soft and very delicious! The lemon chicken entree was superb. Lots of flavor and it melts in your mouth. Overall good service and great choice of music!
Beautiful ambiance as the space feels like a modern farmhouse. The wine selection is fantastic and the one recommended by our waitress was one of the best values this year. Food is fresh and flavorful and the choices are plentiful. They have a limited vegetarian/vegan menu but what we had was great. One star less for the eye-watering prices. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Always enjoy our experience at Brix25. We enjoyed the Tomahawk steak perfectly cooked with a generous slice of jalapeno butter. The meat was beautifully aged and just melted in the mouth. The pork shank was seasoned with chinese five spice and served with a butternut squash puree. Can't say enough about the quality of our food, the setting and impeccable service. They do take out as well! Well worth the wait.
Such a great experience. The food is outstanding, service is exceptional. Such a amazing taste palette. Its better then 5 star restaurants in Seattle. The tomahawk steak was to die for, the king crab was delicious. The starter salad was outstanding. We had the stuff calamari, and the lamb for appetizers both exceptional. This is our new spot, with a beautiful water view!
