Broadview Park district is one of the worst places to send your child too. Ms. Renee at the Beverly Center is so unprofessional & I really don’t understand how she’s in charge without having any experience dealing with children. I often asked her about what certifications she have & time & time again she avoid answering the question (very concerning) I have walked in to pick of my child & over heard her speaking very negative about people. (To all parents that has given her personal information regarding their daycare action etc she leaves their information on her desk for everyone to see, when I went in her office to have a conversation I seen it & asked her about it & she got an aggressive attitude because I questioned I’m just a concerned parent) they hire anyone without Proper training to watch your children. I honestly believe this park district should be investigated to make sure all these employees have been trained & certified? (After my interaction with Ms. Renee my child didn’t attend again) she has a very negative attitude & the biggest problem is she doesn’t know how to answer basic questions. I wouldn’t feel safe with these people looking after my child. It’s very alarming how unprofessional this place is & how that lady Ms. Renee has been place in a position to be in charge.. especially since she doesn’t have any experience??? For all parents that’s thinking about taking there kids there ask Her what Qualifications, Certificates, Training she has & can she prove proof because she couldn’t give me any answers other than her watching her family kids which does NOT Qualify you to be a director. (Whatever her job title is)

Ladies I too am A parent and as parents we should get together and focus on the changes we can make to better benefit our children, we are stronger in numbers and our action will be more powerful than any negative comment. True the Broadview Park District is not providing the best care for our children it is also true that half the staff is unprofessional and not put through a background check, according to DCFS any and all child-care certification should be clearly displayed for all parent to see without having to ask, true upper management is money hungry I get cheaper rental fees and better childcare rates at our neighboring Westchester Park District than I do in my own backyard not to mention a much nicer facility, let us as parents not forget that this facility is all some parents has, complaining without solutions means that we are doing that same thing that we're complaining about and that is not acting in the best interest of the child(ren) so as parents lets get together and work for change as parents and as adults our children deserves better.
All the ladies in the office are nice, polite and helpful Broadview Park District is really stepping their game up!
The girl that answered the phone on 8/1/2019 at 12:17 p.m. very unprofessional and rude, would better serve our community with more polite people in the front office.
Don't work there!! Don't waste your time. Where should I begin? The executive director Reggie Davis and the business manager Rashaun Davis are related. The executive director is sneaky he does things behind your back like hiring people to replace you. The executive director is also lazy doesn't know his job so he ponds it off to his son the business manager. I had no support working there I was a park manager and never had any direction with what my job was suppose to be. Oh and parents I'd recommend going to another park district with your kids cause the executive director and other upper staff steal the money!
