From the 1st introductory phone call, we knew we wanted to work with Travis and his team. That initial impression was borne out over the entire experience of selling our home. We wanted to purchase our first home and had no clue what we were doing, so we requested a tour of one on Zillow. Shortly after, Brandi Hinebaugh from Broadwater Properties called me and upon meeting her for the first tour, we immediately knew that we were in good hands. Brandi has all of the knowledge that you expect from a real estate agent, but what makes her stand apart is her personality and honesty. When going to open houses and touring homes when my parents were looking for one, a lot of real estate agents felt like salespeople to me. But not Brandi. Brandi was sociable and felt more like a person and a friend than someone who would ultimately profit off of our purchase. This meant something to us and we felt like we could trust her right from the start. Aside from all of that, she was easy to get ahold of, very responsive, and her flexibility made it all the easier for people like us with hectic schedules. She handled all of our rookie (and likely sometimes strange) questions and requests with utmost professionalism. Ultimately, Brandi helped us find the home of our dreams and guided us through the process every step of the way, helping make it a smooth process for all parties.
