I’m sorry Sherlie but if I could give 0 stars I would. The food is actually fantastic. Actually some of the best Haitian food I’ve had in a while. The problem is the young lady at the front. I’m not sure if she’s your daughter but whoever she is, she needs to learn customer service. Her demeanor feels like she does not want to be there. Her tone of voice is rude and careless. If customers ask questions about what’s available, she rolls her eyes and gives short answers like “no” and “i dont know,” or she just points at the menu and says “it’s right there.” She made me lose my appetite. I actually drove all the way to Hyde Park just to get Haitian food because of her negative attitude. I’m sorry. Please consider getting someone else who is more gentle and polite to work at the front. Otherwise you’ll keep losing customers...

Delicious food, fast service friendly staff very affordable and you will get alot of food.
I was interested in a catering company for a birthday party I was planning and I called on Monday to make reservations for my party on Saturday. Sherlie was very friendly and responsive. She made sure that I was satisfied with my menu and would assure me that it would be completed after placing a deposit required 2 days before the event. On pickup day the food was ready and hot!! The presentation was amazing and everyone at the party loved the food. Everything was made fresh, tasted delicious, and was great authentic Haitian food that I am used to! I will definitely have sherlie cater more of my events in the future
Their food taste clearly doesn't represent the best of haitian cuisine as they claim. The rice was half cooked, the goat didn't even taste right...never again.

I don’t leave reviews for establishments unless I hate or love place. With that being said THIS PLACE IS LEGIT. Everything I ordered tasted so good. If you’re looking for an Authentic Haitian food spot this is it!!
Sherlie's Kitchen is the place to go great food very nice welcoming staff and the prices are great for the portion you get. I enjoyed the goat, meatballs and fried chicken with rice and patties along with the sauce and fresh mango juice and some taste cake!!!! Looking forward to going there again next time I'm in Brockton.....
Food is excellent. The staff is friendly and professional. And that's a PLUS. I used to drive to the city, Mattapan, Hyde Park, now I just cruise to Shirlie's....even if the restaurant was an hour away, I would drive there. The Haitian cake is the Bomb. The patty, the fish, rice, legume!! Finally a Haitian restaurant that actually knows Haitian cuisine. 10 stars.
