Great service every time I visit. If you really want fantastic service ask for GARY SHREVE. He saved me a bunch of money upgrading my account, was able to get two new top line phones and it only added about 40.00 to my account. When the famous first estimated bill arrived he politely explained how the REAL bill will not be that bad. Gary is very easy to work with.

He was thorough in the device's specs and explained anything I had questions about. He was also the most polite person I've met in customer support in quite some time. Great knowledge and service from TIM JONES! When I walked in the door I was greeted by the manager that introduced himself and put me on the waiting list. Everybody was super nice and all employees were very well trained and were very knowledgeable about every product in the store. I will be returning to do my business at this location.
