I will start off by saying I am a stickler for perfection when I am buying something (floors are no exception). The staff at BA Flooring were ABSOLUTELY an AMAZING team to work with! Bryce the salesman was very professional and easy to work with. Installation team was very courteous, professional and hard working. I have dealt with Carpet One / Johnson Floor and Home, The Wood Guys and Mill Creek on various projects. BA Flooring exceeded my expectations with this project. I will definitely be going back and referring to many.

Donnie was the Best in customer service and his helpfulness and listening ability to our needs. He picked the 2 perfect tiles for our master shower redo and the process was painless. The construction from start to finish was about 5 days and the crew was very respectful of the work environment and cleaned up everyday! Thank you BA Flooring - I live in BA and wanted to keep it local and glad I did. Here are some before and after picks. Also a shout out to Russell Black-Glass Doctor of Tulsa/BA for the fabulous door, Locke Supply-BA for the magnificent Shower head and BA Plumbing for their part in fixing and moving pipe. Keeping it local combined with Customer Service is #1 in my books and lands the job. We will have more projects and even though these were small scale-the others will all add up!

From start to finish they walked me through the process with a fair and honest quote all the way to installing off hours so it didn't interfere with my practice. The owner Donnie came out afterwards and did a walk through to make sure I was 100% satisfied. I could not recommend them enough.
