Excellent Service! My daughter's soccer team was in a bind, we needed jerseys by our first game in less than two weeks. Ladeanna was so great to work with! She was so helpful and guaranteed we would have the shirts by game day. They came up with a cool logo, and they were literally screen-printing the shirts the afternoon before game day. They stood by their word, and the shirts look awesome!! Very satisfied with their service and attention to detail!!
Our team uniforms were high quality and beautifully designed. The parents also had several T-shirt styles to choose from. Material was very soft and this company spends much time on details. We highly recommend!!
They have filled 3 orders for our Softball team! Done a fantastic job and fulfilled the order quickly and perfect! I will definitely use Canes for all my screen printing!
My experience with this company was good at first. They are very nice people, but I’m very disappointed with how the owner most recently handled my order. I placed a order on June 3rd. I emailed the owner on June 5th asking when would it be ready and she said next week the week of the 12th. Turnaround time is 7-10 business days for their orders. It’s now 3 weeks later and my order still isn’t printed because there was a “big order” that had to get done. I would like to believe that every order is priority not just the big ones. When I asked for compensation for how late my order has been I was told no and that I could pick up my order and get it printed somewhere else despite it being 3 weeks later and now behind for my own business deadlines. Horrible experience and unprofessional in my opinion.
