The customer service at this family owned business is second to none. After using another local company when our pool motor went out and getting zero results or answers after waiting over a week, we tried Carr and were blown away! Even on a busy Saturday, the wait was short and all the workers were patient and kind. John answered every question and concern we had. This is our new pool supply company!

The owners are over the top nice! I was in the store for the first time to buy some parts for my pool filter. I also picked up a pool toy for my daughters who were in the car. After I was checked out, the owner went over and got another toy and gave it to me saying they each needed one.

Always friendly and informative, selling you only the chemicals you need. The people are very nice and out of respect for their customers they all wore masks during this pandemic. They will remain my go-to pool store. Kudos their consideration..... Thanks

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We inherited a pool with the house we bought and had no prior pool ownership experience. The pool was so green ducks were literally landing on it. We sought help from three other pool companies who seemingly only wanted to charge us for cleaning and chemicals, and not help us address the root problem. The owner of Carr Pools listened to my problem, walked me through how to change the sand in the filter, and we finally began to see improvement. Every time we have run into a problem, she advises me in detail on what to do. She doesn’t speak condescendingly, even though she is probably describing basic pool maintenance. If you are a new or inexperienced pool owner and need someone to just take time with you, to help learn about your pool, this is the place.

Carr has helped our family keep our pool fun and safe for the past 4 years. They know how to explain and troubleshoot problems and enjoy what they do. We enjoy just going in to test our water and visit.
