This was a phone visit and the guy I spoke with was amazing. Very helpful and informative. I'm in Texas and helping set up service for my daughter in Broken Arrow. He answered all of my questions and that finally made me decide to go with the Cox service. I wish I had caught his name but I get the feeling that this office has trained their employees to be mega helpful and I appreciate it.

Couldn't help me with a business account. Got it. But you sent me on a wild goose chase to another store that can't handle business accounts. You have to call the business office. And please answer the phone, it rang for nearly 2 mins before it was answered.

Employees did fraudulent account on me would not recommend anyone go to the store it is not safe untrustworthy employees created a 400 bill and put it on my credit I did a month-to-month the month that it was not paid means that it would’ve been shut off the employee got angry with me and put down that I owed 400 somehowPeople please beware of the store and the employees

10:15am with 3 people waiting outside in line and nobody there to open up the store. Apparently this is habit at this store. Great business model.
