I absolutely love living here! It is close to work and close to shopping. 20 minutes to downtown Tulsa and 20 minutes to Coweta. Downtown broken arrow is about 10 minutes away and has great shopping and places to eat. The buildings are maintained and it is usually within 24 to 48 hours that something is completely addressed and repaired. The staff here are friendly and are helpful and take great care and pleasure and what they do.

My sister has lived here for 8 months and they randomly decided to shut her electric off in the middle of an ice storm. When she called the office to see what’s going on they told her she had to have the electric under her name with PSO... she had tried getting it set up that way when she moved in (8 MONTHS AGO) and it never went through, so she continued paying through the apartment complex with no problem until now. They gave her absolutely NO warning, she was completely blindsided and now without heat in below freezing temperatures. The management is terrible and doesn’t give a flip about their tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

We were promised something over the phone and when I came time to sign the lease (After I paid 100.00 dollars and a credit check) the price for rent changed. What was on the paperwork was 150 more! We are moving from Ohio so my business had to be over the phone and email. I asked for the money back that I spent for background check and was told I would get a call back, but not a phone call! Left several messages but no return call until I got and email asking if I was still interested. If they would have offered the money back I would have rented an apartment.

I've live here since September 2018 and I absolutely love it. The office and maintenance staff are truly amazing! If I have any issues they are super quick to fix it.

My elderly neighbor was shoveling the walks for our entire building because the complex has not shoveled, plowed, or salted the sidewalks and has only done minimal plowing at the entrance by the road.
