They take the time to figure out solutions to accommodate your fireplace issues. Definitely the place for me.

The best place to go. Great prices, knowledgeable staff. I use them all the time.

Recent phone contact: I was referred to this company, not only from our HOA, but also another friend in the building industry. The young woman who answers their phones, is a complete turn-off and is the least helpful person, that I have spoken. We have an issue with our fireplace, she referred me back the people who inspected our home, prior to purchasing the home or refer to my manual for the fireplace. What the heck? Really, what if I need an entire new fireplace, and you just cost the company an install? Poor customer service...will await a company that is out of town to come and see if they can get things going.

I would not recommend this place, but the product is great. Our builder uses them and we had three boxes installed before we moved in. Once we moved in we had get the logs/remotes installed. It's been 8 weeks and we still only have 2/3. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of (like literally I have called a dozen times over the last two months and never once had anyone answer) and then one day they just showed up to the house without an appointment to install logs. The installers themselves were very nice, but the woman at the front desk is the rudest customer service person I've ever worked with, you walk in and she just stares like you're an alien who walked in on her showering. She is very short/unhelpful with responses and obviously doesn't want to be there, which probably explains why she ignores the phone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she was having a bad day, but when we had to go back in a second time it was even worse. Completely ignored. She must be related to someone, bc I can't imagine how a random employee could keep a job acting that way. I just left my third voicemail in 10 days trying to get my third set of logs in, and I imagine I'll have to leave another three before someone just shows up sometime. The older woman and the installers were very helpful, and we havent had product issues (hence 3 stars) but until they have an overhaul of their communication system, it s not worth it.

Do not use mantle fell and broke damaging items on and below it. luckily didnt hurt anyone called them they said they wouldn't have installed it like that even though it was them who installed it. They also said that 5 years is long enough for it to last.
