This Waffle House used to be my absolute worst to visit because it was always freezing cold inside and took forever to receive your order even if it wasn't busy. However, that has changed over time. The staff is welcoming, ordering and receiving your order is fast and most importantly, the thermostat is usually human friendly. I couldn't believe how warm it was inside this winter. I could actually enjoy myself without shivering and pulling my arms in my sleeves. My only issue is that recently my waffles seemed to be undercooked and waffles are my primary reason for visiting. I believe waffles should be a little cripsy but not burnt versus doughy. The butter and syrup is what should soften them up some. Also, I noticed a staff member handling money and food without washing her hands. That's a big no no! Especially during a pandemic. Fix those two things and I'll up my rating.

The Valentine's day decor was cute. The restaurant was the CLEANEST I've even seen a waffle house. Everyone was really nice and professional. Our food was amazing and the hashbrowns were the best we've had in Tulsa
It was my grandsons 3rd birthday. I took him to get a blue berry waffle and they sang to him... Gave him a happy birthday hat .. super friendly. I go to a lot of waffle houses. I mean a lot all over the world and hands down they were the friendliest. I have one a block from my house and I go there all the time and I thought they were friendly the Broken Arrow one is absolutely the nicest. Thank you for making his day so special.

The service here is outstanding. Everyone was so attentive, warm, and welcoming! I didn’t even get a picture of my food because it was so good. Coffee is great too! Also a very clean restaurant.
