When I enter I was told to remove my shoes and put on some flip-flops that I didn’t know who had been wearing. I was uncomfortable about that. Then I was told I had to pay before I got the massage. Since I had no idea how much I would like the massage I did not put a tip on the credit card slip. After I was ready the girl came in and left the door open. There was no music no relaxing atmosphere. She began pushing and shoving all the way around my body before actually massaging my muscles. She left the room several times for different things. I did not feel better or relaxed when I left. Upon leaving both girls kept trying to get me to understand something which I could not so they escorted me over to the desk and pointed out that I had not left a tip. So I pulled out five dollars and gave it to the girl. I would never go back and I wouldn’t recommend Anybody else too.
All around a good massage but at the end when I paid, the front desk DEMANDED a tip. I said no serval times because I had just paid a lot and they had already added on a “convenience fee” to my bill. Everything was fine until they tried to bully me into giving them a tip..
Treated my mom to a massage today, when she came out she was super confused. Come to find out, the massage therapist told her she HAD to tip 20 for the service. Very unprofessional and we will not be back. also it is illegal in Oklahoma to charge customers for a processing fee!!
