I purchased a trombone here for my son for Christmas from the store manager and his name is Nick. It was one of the absolute best experiences I had after speaking to numerous people in the area and other competitors not only was Nick more personable But he was also willing to do whatever he needed to do to earn my business. Sometimes it's just a simple \we will make that happen\ is all a customer wants to hear. He was able to get an instrument from my son that was back ordered all over the United States at every other music store. He pulled some strings and was able to get it to me within only a week and before Christmas. I was blown away! Highly recommend them!
