They called to say sorry and they have to cancel 45 minutes AFTER scheduled delivery time!!! I called early in the morning around 8 am requesting same day delivery, the man on the line sounded doubtful but said they could pull it off, Mind you their website advertisers same day delivery. they said I would have a 10 yard dumpster by 2PM. at 2:45 PM they call to say they can't make it. They apologized, but didn't offer to deliver the next day at a discount or any kind of compensation. I had to dish out 180 to 4 guys for coming out to labour but they couldn't get any work done. This whole experience has cost me 180, set me back a day, and completely wasted my time the day of the scheduled delivery. I recommend using Bracken Box in the Chicago area. I've ordered about a dozen dumpsters from them over the last 4 years and they always do as they say. had to try and use someone else because I needed a last minute same day delivery.
