After being loyal customers for over 5 years, we will no longer use or can we honestly recommend this company. We have used the same artwork but for some reason this go around they altered it. They changed the artwork and will not own up to their error before printing. Their own invoice proves it. What we ordered does not have a box, nor do any of our past orders. See our pics below of our invoice, botched shirt and past shirts. We called to work things out and literally got our face chewed off. We could not get one word in. We were berated and asked questions they clearly did not want the answer to. Botched order aside and several hundred bucks wasted...The company lacks professionalism and customer service. Had I known we were doing business with someone like this, we would have never started. It may seem like a deal, but if anything goes wrong -- you will lose out. Don't waste your time or your money. Another note of integrity. We noticed, when you go to their website it says their google rating is 4.9 stars but when you pull them up on google its actually 3.6 stars. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. LEARN FROM OTHERS. STAY AWAY.

Made an order of about 50 shirts. Ordered them on Sunday and heard back from them Monday to approve Art Work. Had the shirts by Thursday. Amazingly fast. The shirts turned out so good, I now have people wanting me to make another order.

Fast, friendly, cost effective and high quality t shirt printer. Used another printers web site to design the shirt then clipped the images and uploaded to bolt who turned around the shirts and delivered them in four days with cheap shipping option. This company rocks.

The beanies turned out perfectly! The process to design them online was so simple and there were lots of color options. The approval process was quick as were the production and shipping times. Good quality beanie & embroidery AND it turned out exactly how I was hoping it would (which matched the image they sent me for approval)! I had custom lettering in addition to a small image and it turned out proportional and the coloring was spot on. Will definitely use Bolt printing in the future!

I wish I had something positive to say. I made an order on 12/19/18. They changed my logo but when I asked questions why, I hear no response. I sent countless emails and never heard anything. Now here it is 1/2/19 and I have to reach out again as they still never responded. When I contact them again today about this they want to argue with me!!! Are you serious! Not any apologies, nothing. When frustrated they are quick to dismiss me and just cancel my order instead of actually looking to resolve the issue and keep a customer. My mind is blown right now. I have dealt with a lot of places but thought I would try this place on their specials they had. Now I wish I never did. Update.... Just got a call and voicemail saying that they think I misunderstood what they were trying to do with my order. Sorry but no. I understand completely that there was a lack of communication. I understand that when asked to still hit the original deadline that I was told I would be charged more. I understand that there was no apology or sympathy for the lack of communication. I understand that there was no explination of why my logo was changed until I contacted them. I understand that I wouldn't of heard anything unless I contacted them yet again today. I understand also that now that I've left reviews they seem to want to fix it but excuse me for thinking to little to late.
