A nice facility by the Candlewood lake, onlooking the Cadigan park and you also have a good parking space. But the facilities in the park and lake are accessible only for Brookfield residents and tax payers. Besides most of the areas on the periphery of the lake are marked private property. If you are planning to visit the park and lake and if you are not from Brookfield, better go with a Brookfield resident friend so you can get access to the facilities.
