Having to deal with a loved one's death is never easy, and having to plan the arrangements is extra tough. I called several places, and from the moment I called Hitzeman and talked to Donna I felt relieved. Donna was very compassionate and caring. She was truly an angel to talk to during such a difficult moment. When we arrived to make the arrangements, Scott helped us and continued to deliver exceptional service throughout the entire process. They were accommodating, thoughtful, helpful and very genuine. We appreciated all of the efforts made to help us honor our mother in her last physical moments with us. They helped to create a burden free experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Losing a loved one is never easy, it’s an extremely difficult and emotional time for a family but the staff at Hitzemans truly went above and beyond for my grandfathers service. They were empathic, professional, and accommodating even during Covid. They were extremely organized and detail oriented in a time of disorient and haze a family typically goes through when losing a loved one. They made the process smooth during our time of need and my family and I will be forever grateful for their hospitality.
