Setting up the appointment was painful. I was put on Hold twice just to setup an oil change and perform a recall notice! I asked about a courtesy car and was then transferred to another person who also put me on Hold for a few more minutes. When he got on the phone he said there was no record of my appointment, we had to start over! Going to the appointment was a whole different experience. Everything was excellent. The greeter immediately got my service person. He explained the recall and said it would take 1 1/2 hours. It took exactly that. The waiting room is the nicest waiting room l ever seen.

The service was fast but they lost it in the attention to detail. They vacuumed and cleaned after the service but I was told by the salesman that they (service dept) will full detail. They did not. The rear mat was not cleaned either.

Very helpful parts guy. Got what I needed without any issues. Edit 1 (after receiving service here for the 1st time): Wasn't anything special... I would say it wasn't positive either; just neutral. As I mentioned, it was my first time going here for service and I had no idea where the waiting lounge was, etc. and they didn't bother to show me. I wasn't even greeted when I dropped the vehicle off. And it was the same with pick up. Felt like just another transaction at a Walmart. The Lexus dealership on silver spring was great whenever I brought my vehicle in. Positive overall experience over there.
