We are a smoked salmon production. Our operation depends on a reliable and well designed weighing and labeling system that generate essential reports and that is easy to operate. Since we had the Progressive Scale system installed, there has not been any down time in our production.The system is very easy to work with. John Russo and his staff know their business, they are professional and helpful. We never had to wait for repair. We are in the process of adding another scale and we do not worry. We already have the service of a reliable and knowledgeable team at Progressive Scale. They are the best!

As the Operations Director of a small USDA Beef processing plant, the software from Progressive Scale and Label Systems is a critical component of our business. From not only recording the Hot Carcass Weights of the beef and all of the packaged and labeled cuts, but also the numerous reports that can be generated from the data. These reports are a great asset for our customers as each and every cut is detailed for each order. The reports are also key to giving data to the USDA regarding the volume of products produced and also for our own business analysis. The customer support for John and Danny is flawless. Phone calls are returned within a very reasonable time and the issues (when there are any) are resolved fully. I highly recommend their products and customers service!!
