I was referred to Eric by a local body shop in Pooler when I needed a flat bed for my truck. He stayed late one day to meet me and go over details of what I wanted. He had some beds in stock including a used one that may have worked and he was willing to get it done almost immediately. I opted to order and wait for one to come in. Aside from the wait time which was out of his control, the actual install and coordination to get it done was near seamless and quick. Within 2 business days it was done and ready to go. The bed has the features I needed and looks great. All the lights function as they should and clearances / fitment look good as well. He took care of anything I needed changed or done differently throughout the job and even helped me sell my current bed that was on the truck. I would recommend him to anyone looking for services he provides.
Would be a 0 if I could because we ordered and paid for a part going on 2 weeks ago.... was advised it was shipped on Friday the 1st of May and have not been able to reach anyone at that office for over a week now and no part has arrived, no response whatsoever for 10 days....while it costs me an extra 100 day for rental on top of it
This is a great company and Eric is very detail oriented. They upfitted a new Ram 5500 for us with a custom bed, toolboxes, an on board air compressor, etc. and it looks great!!! They have also installed gooseneck setups and trailering accessories on some of our other vehicles, as well as painted a box truck for us. Their customer service and attention to detail has always been great for us. Old school integrity!!!Too bad there aren't more companies out there like this!!!
Great people to do business with!! Eric and his crew know how to build and install truck bodies the correct way. Prices are very competitive.
