I have been trying to support this company but unfortunately today will be my last day using this service. Gross waste of my time. They tell you in 7 minutes and show up 45 mins later. This is beyond u acceptable . You need to revisit your system of dispatching . I really can’t support this utter disregard for my time and money.

If I can give negative stars I would. This cab service doesn’t deserve a single star. Horrible place!!! Customer service was very horrible. The dispatcher is extremely rude, and their prices are unreasonable. The driver wanted to overcharge my friend just so he can make an extra profit, not to mention She had two young children with her and he kicked her out of the cab into the cold! I do not recommend this place at all. How can you be so cruel to tell a woman with two children along with bags to get out of your car? She was not rude nor disrespectful. Something has to be done and I will not sleep until something is done about this place. That’s how furious I am!
This is the best base you can ever find or come across. No matter where your at they will get to you. They will charge you at a reasonable price and give you the best service you can ask for. Thank God for Malta Car Service wouldn’t trade it for any!
They kept talking while I’m asking them how long and then they put me on hold and hung up I called again they answered put me on hold again and now they are not answering and I need to go home
Worst taxi service I've ever tried to use. They told me that they'd pick me up in 5-7 minutes, then 15 - 20 minutes later, they didn't answer the phone after saying that they'd call me back. The guy barely spoke English, so he took forever to figure out where I was, and where I was trying to go.
