We ordered custom made boots for my father, since his legs are so swallowed that even the widest orhopedic shoes do not fit. Jacob Rosenberg measuared his feet and when he brought shoes, my father didn't properly tested them and then realized that the right foot show was too short and narrow. Jacob took one shoe back to fix and was holding it several months, and when he finally brought it nothing was really done. He took both shoes back again,and after many calls and false promises to fix and finally telling that it was redone and he will come at certain date - he didn't show up, and didn't not even call - no shoes. Insurance paid . They defrauded both insurance and my father, an elderly sick person who trusted Jacob and his promises and was patiently waiting. My father cut his old home shoes and barely walks inside the house.For many months my father has no shoes to go to doctor, or even to walk in a house. This company took insurance money and defrauded my father, and he has nothing to wear. Stay away from these dishonest and unprofessional people.

I had ordered some custom insoles. After waiting months for them. I went to pick them up. When I got them home, they looked terrible. They were too big for my foot, and they couldn't fit into my shoes. They took a plastic cast of my feet. So I can't understand why the insoles were so big.
