Very great place to work. The instructors are very good at teaching.
First time making deliveries here, very tight and busy. Unfortunately they aren't open very early in the morning, so you have to play the waiting game til 7:30-8:00. The best place to wait is on Hinsdale or Williams street. 3 stars because the crew was helpful on where I should be to prepare for backing in, you have to back in right off the main road, best to do it from the sight side and check your surroundings A LOT.
Ok first time delivering here very very tight have to back in off the main road, lots of busy traffic. If getting here the night before park on Pitkin between Pennsylvania ave and Williams ave. To be set up for backing in. They start taking trucks at 730 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon. Look out for being bugged by lots of people at night.
Aclara is a private technology company hired by Con -Ed to exchange electrical meters to smart meters . Aclara came to my home on July 3 rd 2019 to do this exchange . A mandatory request issued by Con Edison . During this process damage was done to my LG condenser and inside kitchen unit because of a surge in electricity. I hired a licensed electrician and a licensed contractor for a written statement and repair cost . This damage is costing me 1350.00 dollars . On July 19rd th Aclara sent a technician whose name is George Delgado . Mr. Delgado dismissed the licensed electrician ‘s statement , dismissed the claim and came to my home to speak for 30 min about why the licensed electrician and licensed co tractor were completely wrong . I am in the process of filing a claim with Con-Edison and taking Aclara to small claims court .
