The Allen School is a hidden treasure for academic excellency and interpersonal relationships with classmates, teachers, admins, career services, principal, dean and valuable staff members. Everyone here has been nothing but helpful and genuinely assisted me in every way possible. They're hands on, caring, and have a passion to see their students graduate on time completely prepared and ready for the real world as a Medical Assistant. I graduated in April 2019 and was hired at a wonderful dermatology practice. I actually miss coming to school but I'm happy I started my journey here. Thank you to everyone at the Allen School!!
This school is not a school that I would recommend to anyone! To begin, the day of what was supposed to be my \tour\ they asked me for a 100 fee before I can even think about what I felt and wanted to do. Secondly, there is a ton of miscommunication, especially about what the outcome of completing the program is. Third, there is only a select few of teachers who actually have the time and consideration to thoroughly teach and care for their students. There were a few teachers that I reported due to concerns with not finishing lessons by the end of the module, not performing the hands on tasks, teachers not helping students understand the work and teachers being disrespectful to students and was basically brushed off and not understood. This school has wasted my time and money. I am so frustrated and literally can't do anything!
I don’t recommend this School to Anyone Plz don’t sign up for this school the Brooklyn Campus I’m still waiting to be place on a site..even though a lot of doctors office shut down due to the COV19, I have been reaching out to them for several weeks...about a site because some place have open..still don’t have no site and still didn’t speak to anyone about the grant They suppose to be given back because of the COV 19.. I Can’t wait to be finish with this it’s a lot of money so please don’t sign up
