When you enter ARCO, you come into a luxurious space which makes you feel pampered. I enjoy the atmosphere and feel safe, and secure, when getting my hair done. Everyone wears a mask. For the past few months, Geneva has been coloring and providing blowouts for my natural hair. My hair has removed long, healthy, and shiny, while still retaining soft natural curly coils when it's washed. I also receive moisturizing steam treatments as necessary. She's been a true life saver during this time!

Hands down ARCO is the best salon I've ever been to. I would recommend ARCO to anyone, and in fact, two of my family members and one friend have since tried them upon my recommendation and they all loved the outcome. The stylists are not only highly experienced in color and cuts for all hair types, but bring artistry to the look. I LOVE the signature haircut that Geneva gave me on my first visit years ago, not to mention the staff is so hospitable that I feel like I've been pampered during every visit. Thank you everyone at ARCO. (This review was long overdue.)
It's no wonder Gary is known to be a color doctor! After a disappointing color & cut I had elsewhere and right before New Year's, Gary was the only person that came to mind when fixing was in order! He works so well and with such great finesse I've forgotten how good the experience should really be! He was able to bring my hair back to life with new color, cut and treatment. Both color and cut complimented my skin tone and the shape of my face, something that many other stylists and colorists tend to overlook! Thank you Gary for being so wonderful! If I could give this place zero stars I would! The salon owner charged me 100, for an appointment that I missed. The only reason I missed this appointment was because I became sick last minute. Being that there is a pandemic, I did not want to put anyone in the salon at risk. The owner said he called me to remind me of my appointment and he did not. When I called and politely asked for a refund or even to reschedule, he was rude and called me inconsiderate for not canceling on \time.\ Even though he said he would give me a full refund the money never came back into my account. The amount was 100 that I was charged and never even received the services or any accommodation. The owner also told me I am not allowed in his salon all because I asked for a refund. This establishment insensitive to their customers and I encourage those who book with them to be warned.
I did treatment for scalp .Which I liked .the process and products are in high level. Warm and nice people are working here
