I was googling “best tenant lawyers” and Mr. Robert was at the top of the page. For me the good are always at the top. He had the best reviews. When I called him, he was straight forward and to the point with me. I was even more excited when he said I won my case after only 1 month of him helping me. I would definitely recommend him. He’s the best . Thank you

Robert was prompt, reliable and great to work with. He helped me successfully resolve a lease issue by providing a straightforward, honest assessment of the situation and clear options for moving forward.

If you want your case won and handled expertly , call up Mr. Rosenblatt. He does all the heavy lifting and wins the case for you. My landlord was trying to steal my security deposit. I called up Robert, he secured me many months rent free and took care of the rest. Give him a call.

They just drag your case until the person leave on their own . They do not show up for your case most unprofessional and crooked lawyer there is. They will rip you off. Beware.

Don't waste your money and time. As soon they get their fees they will forget about you. Your case, your problem. They asked me for 2000, as soon as I paid them, I never heard from them. I called them after two months they said we sent an you email saying, "we thought you don't want to continue." They are liars! I never received any email from them. They have my case for over 8 months. They didn't do anything for 8 months! I wouldn't recommend anyone to hire them because they take your money and time both away.

Paid 500 to get my eviction down from 8k and they did but now letters keep coming to the old apartment about going to court. Called him and he said don’t worry about it l. I think they pocketed the money and now the landlord thinks we didn’t pay anything . How does this happen? This guy Edward is a crook and friends with the landlords, be careful tenants

In March I called and spoke with Robert Rosenblatt about an eviction. All courts were closed at the time due to COVID19. My deposit was 1,000. The tenant was served a notice in March. She decided to move out so no eviction was necessary. For months I called about a prorated refund understanding there would be a reduction in my deposit for preparation of the notice and process server expense. Finally In July I was advised that no refund was due. I had a phone conversation with Robert and he offered 300 refund. When I expressed my dissatisfaction he immediately rescinded the offer and said now you get nothing! I requested a detailed invoice to justify keeping 1,000 deposit and he refused. So to anyone out there looking for an eviction attorney - beware!

Their approach of intimidation is outdated. You can get what you are legally entitled to get to your client by being respectful. At the end of the day, the rule of law reigns, the unnecessary intimidation is a reflection of you lack of self confidence.
