My favorite store in the world ! I've been buying my hats at Bencraft for the past 20 years (Always at the Williamsburg location). The quality and customer service have always been top notch. Robert and the rest of the staff always made me feel welcome and did their utmost to help me find the right hat.
Great selection. Helpful service without being overbearing. Repaired a hat that was soaked and run over. Always a pleasure to go in there.
