I have a crummy second-hand mongoose that needed work. Alex was honest enough to tell me that the cost of repair given the value of the bike wasn't worth it. I appreciate that. I said do it anyway, please. I'll buy a better bike in a few years. I know he's accustomed to better bikes because every bike is better than mine. He gave me a quick assessment of what he would do based on my explanation of what I wanted. Gave me a quote and had it ready the next business day.. Very happy with the result. Would return and def recommend to a friend.
From some giving him what I needed done (spokes for a wheel build) to them on my door was probably 4 days. Perfect threads on all spokes. Great bundle pricing! Texted back day of.
