What a great experience we had staying at the Bond Townhouse this spring. Kristina and Edo were amazing and any questions or needs were answered promptly . We stayed in the elegant Penthouse suite. The apartment was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our two week stay. From groceries, to upscale boutiques and some of the best restaurants in Brooklyn, it’s all within walking distance from the Bond. I particularly enjoyed the ambiance and history of the Brooklyn Inn and had coffee daily from the Blue Bottle Cafe. The Bond will certainly be our first choice when we return to Brooklyn.

We stayed in the Hem Suite for an entire month while waiting for our apartment to be renovated, so we were familiar with some of the surrounding areas, but not this particular neighborhood. We were really impressed at how lovely the vibe was along this street, and the other neighborhoods that were within walking distance. It's such a quiet a peaceful neighborhood, but still has really great vibes and energy from the nearby homes and businesses. The unit is gorgeous, really clean, bright and airy. The windows in both the front and the back were super nice during the summer, and the AC was always really nice to come home to. We actually researched and bought the kitchen table and some of the dining chairs, because we liked them so much, and I'm considering the mattress. Service was really great and can be reached via text with nearly immediate responses. If you stay, our top food recommendations are La Vara (which is a short walk), and Rucola (which is around the corner). Barely Disfigured (on Smith Street) makes a great martini. Parking was really easy along Wyckoff, right in front of the unit. Citibikes are also around the corner, and the neighborhood is really conducive to biking. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

We stayed at the Hemsuite for a couple of weeks and it was such a beautiful place to stay. From the amazing interior design to the green garden outside - it was a well thought out apartment. We had a wonderful time at the Bond TownHouse. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay at a great location.

Definitely recommend staying at one of the Bond Townhouse's suites. As mentioned in the description, the design aesthetic is 10/10 and very comfortable. The location is in a great area of Brooklyn. Also, Leonardo & the concierge team had great communication (extremely prompt and helpful).

This place is amazing! Beautiful townhouse, steps away from a ton of restaurants, close to the subway. The apartment was decorated beautifully, clean, and so cozy. There’s also a gorgeous back yard area. The staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay here again.

My husband, toddler and I stayed at the Dutch House for a month while we were having construction done in our apartment. It was perfect. Excellent location, wonderfully furnished, and incredibly responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

The perfect home away from home, a relaxing and peaceful oasis in one of Brooklyn's best neighborhoods. Beautifully designed and laid-out apartment, and great outdoor space. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at the bond townhouse penthouse suite was fantastic & we can’t wait to be back here again! The space is extremely sanitary and clean, well curated from the furnishings to the use of the space and is located close to every popular hot spot in Brooklyn and is minutes away from Tribeca and Soho. We appreciated the attention to detail and lux provisions such as the rituals products & the beautiful lighting all over the apartment. Our concierge, Kristen, was quick to answer any questions we had and accommodated a late checkout & was gracious enough to help me with my (many) bags when I checked in. It felt like an oasis in prime brownstone-filled Brooklyn, close enough to everything you need and just far away enough from the hustle and bustle of Manhattan. Highly recommend for anyone visiting New York or for a staycation (but also want to keep it to myself so it’s not fully booked up when I’m back!)
