These guys are the best. I'd lost my carpet attachment years ago and was ready to just get a brand new vacuum. (It's so very easy to be wasteful!) Instead I brought my vacuum hose to them, they found the perfect fit of a carpet attachment and I am now back in business. And they price match. Support small businesses! Love these guys.

We recently replaced three (3) Friedrich Uni-Fit air conditioners in our apartment. The price we received from Brooke’s was lower than anyone else, even Amazon, and the service was unparalleled. About six (6) weeks from the purchase, one of the AC units started to have issues. At the height of a recent heatwave, we desperately tried to schedule a repair from a Friedrich authorized service center (not Brooke’s), but were told it would take 1-2 weeks. We then called Brooke’s, and were immediately offered a replacement for the following day. The process was seamless, and we will never look anywhere else for our appliances needs. A special thanks to Steve at Brooke’s for being so helpful, and providing such excellent service.

I stopped by today to see if they could help me out with a repair I needed for my Bernina 910 sewing machine. Before taking any money from me one of the owners said let me just check it to see if it’s the type of machine we can repair here since I dong what to waste your time. He unscrewed the machine cover and after a short while tested it out and had solved the problem. I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. Very nice, polite and helpful. I will definitely return for future appliance needs.
