Only place you can eat in this shitty neighborhood. Especially, the borscht (red beef soup) is a must. Their homemade beet juice & egg salad is also good. People here are great too. Recommended.

I wanted to celebrate my college graduation at a nice place that served Russian/Ukrainian food. At first I looked up cafes I'd heard of in Russian advertisements, but all of them required travel, and I was aiming for a place within walking distance. Cafe Kiev was the closest option available that had the best reviews. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations. Lovely decor, very fast service, and fresh, homemade food. My family had a terrific time! I'd definitely pick this place again over any take-out "restaurant"! Absolutely superb.

Great place I have been coming here since it opened. When we moved to a different zip code they still delivered. It's a clean, cozy, and always friendly.

I went to check them out because they're right by my house and someone said they're decent. Decent? They're freaking awesome. Very good food, cool people and cozy inside.

I and my wife celebrated our wedding 8/30/14. The place met all our and our guests expectations. Tasty, fresh, big assortment homemade food, nice decore, very good service! We would strongly recommend café "Kiev" to others peoples.

This was by far the worst food I have ever had, I ordered the beef stroganoff instead I got cubed up meat in buckwheat which I did not order, I ordered home fries with mushrooms I got cold raw potatoes with no mushrooms, I ordered a chicken chop with mushrooms and cheese I got a cold dry piece of chicken with no mushrooms or cheese and a cold soup and to top it all off when I called for a refund for obvious reason she started yelling at myself and my husband! She had her driver come back to pick up the food an hour later asking for the food back, I obviously threw it out, she began yelling him my husband and threatening not to give back our money! The worse restaurant I have ever ever tried!
