I started seeing Dr Bowler when she was in the SF office and I lived out there. She moved to NY and about a year later so did I. I was still a one medical patient so I was easily transferred to Carrie. She has always been caring and personable and very responsive. I highly recommend her!!

I saw that Dr. Bowler received a poor review from someone who's not a patient. That's misleading. She's a great doctor. I've seen her for about two years and have nothing but positive things to say. It's true that she works for a medical practice that charges a 200 annual fee, but that's not unusual--and it's actually a very low fee for a concierge practice. In any case, I feel like I have to stick up for Dr. Bowler. I would recommend her to anyone. She's conscientious, caring, knowledgeable, and spends quite a lot of time with patients--yet she's always on time! It's true that our country's medical system needs to be fixed, but 1) that is not Dr. Bowler's fault, and 2) the best way to address that is by voting, not by writing inaccurate reviews for doctors online.

Unfortunately, you can only book an appointment with her- or anyone in the medical one group- by paying a 200 \membership fee\. I understand the benefits for joining the membership based service, however, they do not apply to me as my employer already offers similar benefits. I just wanted to make an appointment to see her and can't without paying that fee. There should be an option allowing you to make an appointment without joining. Because she is limiting patients ability to schedule appointments without a 200 membership fee. I'm giving her and medical one group 1 star. Fix the system. Make the membership optional not mandatory.
