Great and helpful staff! Treated us with patience even though we entered the store 7 mins before closing. (We didn't know they closed do early at this location. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. I appreciated the customer service. Wishing I would have thought to catch their names to include.....Thank You

Beyond pleased. After visiting two local Sally’s in my area and then being told to go to Brooklyn Park/ Brooklyn Center “ Pro- dominantly black, urban location”, I got the products I needed. Staff members were more than willing to assist and provide recommendations. What I like most about this location was that not did I see other people who look like me but I saw other cultures getting things they needed as well and not being told “oh this is where you need to go.”

It's 10:18 and the doors are locked.. the lady inside won't let me in. It's like 1 degree outside.. it's not my fault she was late to work.. how rude (now 10:30 doors still locked and three oher customers have come, tried the door and left) Is this how you run a business? Now at 10:40 I left and came back, tried the door and she told me she's not letting me in.. She's opening the door for each customer singally and won't let me in.. what the hell.
