I recently attended a birthday event at this place. The place is very large, clean, well organized and can accommodate big parties and events. Decoration is Eastern European type so is the design of the place which is modeled after Russian Banquets styles. The hall is two levels and has a stage for live performances, and there was one at the party that I attended. The sound quality and lighting effects were very good. The food served was Russian/Mediterranean type. I loved the salad with the feta cheese and the fried chicken and rice. The pizza was different with less tomato and cheese on the crust, but it was very good. Staff was young and very agile. They were very helpful and effective. Just wished they can a smile a little.
We had a wonderful outdoors dining experience last night at Chinar Restaurant. Food was delicious, service was very attentive, and music on point. Will be back again soon!
