Very unprofessional staff. Was looking to view some apartments that I saw online. Reached out to them a lady named Sabrina Arminante responded a day later. Emailed her to give her a time and she never responded. After emailing her 6 more times that day. Next day someone else responds and was very helpful. Was able to view the apartment but the pictures that are posted online definitely wasn't any of the 4 apartments I viewed. The maintenance man said that they're always doing shady things. Sabrina,was supposed to be in contact with me by Sunday the other young lady said. Of course its Monday and no email or call from Sabrina. Not good at all. Management, needs to get better employees to deal with potential renters.

Total slumlords/ dishonest thieves. We've had a loud humming in our apartment for over a month. At first the Super refused to acknowledge it. Eventually enough people agreed they heard it so he had to acknowledge it, but the leasing manager, Erin Keane, decided it was not loud enough to warrant fixing.

Terrible leasing company. Long-term tenant of their property 123 Parkside Ave. While the staff that work in our building (doorperson, custodial staff, etc.) are incredible, everyone working for Clipper Equity from a leasing perspective are awful. The company is disgracefully greedy, rude, uncompromising, unempathetic, and hostile to its tenants. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE leasing from this company. I can't wait for my current lease to expire. Aaron
