This studio has American Ballet Theater certified teachers, a friendly staff and a wonderful owner. Your children are loved and blessed to be taught here.

I brought my 5 year old daughter from another dance program to CBT seven years ago. Our family has enjoyed the most unique experience while here. The director, Marla has intentionally fostered a culture of honesty, respect and love of the art of dance as well as for each other. What I love most is that the students range in all shapes, sizes and especially colors. Within the beautiful \bubble\ of the school, each student is taught the proper techniques and then challenged to reach their potential. My daughter while at Covenant Ballet has been given opportunities to dance in several productions, acquire a scholarship to the American Ballet Theater and has completely fallen in love with the art. I can't think of another place I'd rather be.

My daughter has been with CBT for about a year now. She had been a competitive dancer since she was 4 years old. She stopped competitive dance and started with CBT to focus solely on ballet. At 12 years old she wanted to develop and grow in this art form. They welcomed her with open arms. Miss Marla treats her as if she was born and raised at CBT. This is a wonderful ballet studio for many reasons. I highly recommend Covenant Ballet.

Very few minuses here when I talk about this school. 1- the best studio to learn technique for beginner, be it adult or someone younger. I only have issue with forced turnout as it may affect your ankles. They provide one of the best environments for you to learn, highly attentive to what you need and always help you out. They also have work study program for more advanced students, who need assistance with paying for classes. Enrollment is only in September, but you can get class card and attend this way. You will need to take audition as a class so they can place you in appropriate level. If you are an adult trying to learn ballet technique, this is the school for you. You will work alongside kids, but you won't feel any negativity because of it as teachers are exceptionally supportive. This is the best dance studio in Brooklyn. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
