I have been in business long enough and used many different container services but nothing like this one. They drop the container on time and will take them weeks to pick up. After calling them every day and being promised that they will come on the next day which never happened. I usually don’t write reviews but this one needs to be seen so people don’t make mistake. And also the dispatcher is rude as hell when he hangs up the phone on you. They should really focus on customer service not the money. My customer got upset at me because D.B Container Services don’t do the job right.
Worst company ever . They last almost 3 weeks to pick up the container. People that passed by the sidewalk were throwing trash in their container. I kept on calling them to come pick up the container and their answer was always first thing morning. When they finally came to pick it up they left a huge mess of trash in front of my house. So unprofessional. If you need a container call another company not this one. They are the worst and so rude.
