This is the place to go for parts for JASON tubs and many other brands. The only top brand they don't seem to carry is Kohler. Decent prices, great customer service, and they actually have stuff in stock and ship promptly. I wish I could visit the showroom, but the online experience is very good and there are real people you can talk to who actually know their products. I also like that they take Amazon pay which adds to the security (Apple Pay would be even better!)

I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! Great quality! Unfortunately it was the wrong size. The way they handled my return was amazing. Excellent customer service! They were very understanding!

We are in the middle of a fairly large home re-model. In looking for a hand made tile from London, DecorPlanet was able to accommodate. We do not live in NY, so we worked with Gail Motisi from DecorPlanet over the phone. Gail was a ball of positive energy...more sales people should be like her as she is a great representation for the company. Gail made sure our order was complete and we didn't have any oversights. The process was very easy! To send additional kudos her way, we had tile that arrived broken and not only was it replaced within days, as to not slow down our very tight timeline for job completion. Thank you to Gail and DecorPlanet for making this a painless experience!

This place is a scam - I ordered 3 parts from them for a bathroom remodel on December 8th. The site says usually ships in 7 to 15 business days. After ordering, the expected ship date was revised to Dec 28. In early January, still showing Dec 28, a chat bot said one part would arrive Jan 15, and another Jan 29. Early February, they indicated they would contact me within 24 hours. 48 hours after that, with no contact, another chat bot indicated they will contact me in another 48 hours. These parts are not hard to find, and competitors - such as build.com - would have them delivered the next day. I ordered for price, but what is a marginally better price if they NEVER deliver? Meanwhile, they charged my card 100% the day after I placed the order. Each time I contact them there is another excuse - coronavirus, snow storm, solar flares. Be very wary!
