After a long day and a major mix up between my insurance and a different towing company, I was connected with G and S towing. I don't typically go out of my way to do reviews but I really think it should be noted how kind, helpful and pleasant my tow truck driver was. His name was Jay and he was very helpful, had a smile on his face even though it's cold outside and I just really appreciated the pleasantry. Thank you Jay for making my evening a little better with your great service and attitude!

My son got his car stuck in the snow. My insurance company's roadside assistance claimed they couldn't find anyone to help him. I called these guys and they went out right away and helped him. They winched him out of the snow quickly and without incident. They were friendly, helpful, and did everything needed to get him out of there and on his way. As a mother, that is all I wanted someone to do. It was an added bonus that they were so nice and professional to boot. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend them and would use them again! You won't be disappointed. I asked them to email me a receipt so I could file a claim with my insurance company and it was in my email first thing this morning. They are on top of business all the way around.

Had a VW diesel Beetle towed for fuel gelling. When the trucks wheel lift move the it damaged guard for transmission which put a crease in cover that leaked transmission fluid out of the car while sitting in local shop. Tow company would not accept responsibility for damage. Insurance company involved but took the sides the tow company due to lack of of photos before damage was done. Cappy’s auto reported damage to car upon inspection, but insurance company denied claim. Tow truck driver locked the keys in the car and lock smith had to be called to open before work could begin and dropped car off at church parking lot instead of designated repair shop. Suggestion, use your cell phone to document the condition before they tow and fully inspect after. You are fully screwed otherwise. Beware.

please stop by and we will take care of that for you\ was the response to my first review. I did and AGAIN left phone number and AGAIN no follow up from anyone. All I am asking is for reimbursement for the dirt to fill in the ruts that I spent several hours fixing. I don't think I am asking too much here. You have my contact information as I have left it numerous times. Still waiting to get this resolved.

Use this company to get my truck out of the snowy median and to the tow yard so I could pick it. Requested a receipt to turn into insurance, they stated it would be email. Never received it and then tried calling them back to get a receipt and had trouble reaching them. They then said they would talk to there boss later that day for him to send it or contact me. Never received it or heard from them. Update: was finally able to get them and get the receipt after few days of calling and bugging them.
