This company is ok if you are enrolled in CDPAPTS progarm and you/family/relatives or family friends will be providing ypur own care of your loved ones. HOWEVER, I just recently had to switch to the PCA program, switch now requires Edison to provide qualified caregivers. I went above and beyond to ensure my parents mediciaid authorization were converted with 1 weeks notice. After repeated calls and emails requesting confirmation that live-in staffing was in place beginning the date tgat they (EDISON) requested, I NEVER recieved a response! A aide showed up unannounced saturday morning for 1 day. She was to be relieved this morning and no one showed up to relieve her and she was only prepared to work 1 day and only brought clothing etc for 1 day. Thankfully, she assured me she wouldnt abandon my parents at least today (Sunday) until I had a chance to speak to the company or find another company under these emergency circumstances. This company is very unprofessional and ZERO Communication from even the senior managers!! Ms Raquel Lerner. Please find a professional company. This is example of how elderly can be abused or neglected. You can not run a company from home in such an important field..shame on them!

I Believe Edison is a Great Business too work for ,They have stood by me for going on 2 years,I will Continue raght on thru,I love bein a Home Caregiver too Dad who's home with me ,hes 88 years young I will Continue working with Edison Home Health care.There Staff has Been helpful and kind
Bad company ever I didn’t get my paycheck for the week of 4,5,7 of the year January 2021 and when I call the payroll they never get back to meI tired about this useless company
They are very unprofessional towards their employees(health care workers) and family members; especially a worker that goes by the name of Abigail. They never return calls, will send two workers at the same time for a case; meaning they are not communicating with one another in the organization, and/or in many occasions will leave their client without an aid. Despite the various complaints about their employees lack of professionalism, they continue to display ghetto fabulous behaviors. The entire place is a mess. They need to revamp the organization. Their employees display no respect and/or empathy for the elderly and/or their family members. They should be investigated.
The Director ensured me that my client would receive service on a scheduled date and the client did not have a HHA for a week. The client was confused without any assistance. I called the Director back and she said the following week again. It was a disaster for the client not to receive services and continually getting told he would. So Disappointing!!!!
