I got my Beach wedding dress at Effies. The women at this place are extremely welcoming, nice, and helpful in every way. It was difficult to find a dress during Covid, but I found a perfect dress at this boutique and the price was unbeatable as well. Very happy with my purchase.

I absolutely loved my dress for my bridal shower! I got 2 prom dresses here 9 years ago and I would go back here in a heartbeat. My dress was a long, sleeveless, and an open back white Jovani gown. I did have to get it altered to fit me because it was too big but the tailor (Stessi Tailor on 86th Street, Brooklyn) did a good job. I already got my wedding dress but when I put this dress on, I felt so bridal in it and I knew I had to have it. I have to find something else to wear it again to, I felt so gorgeous in it. Laureta was so helpful! Thank you Effie’s for another stunning gown!
1000/10 recommend Effies boutique!! Giselle and David were beyond amazing! They helped me find my perfect dress. I will definitely be going back for any future events because the dresses are all gorgeous!
I have been to many dress stores but Effie’s has by far been the best experience. I recently came to look for a prom dress for my daughters. Two girls (i believe were sisters) immediately approached me greeting me with the biggest smiles. They ask me if I needed help with anything and They immediately started pulling out dresses my daughters had in mind. The Two girls helped both of my daughters find their perfect prom dress!!! Definitely will be coming back to this location.
Great dress selections. Female staff member is so rude. ( short hair average height). At first she scanned me- and walked away without helping. I was interested in white beautiful dress. She didn't even bother helping me. I mean don't judge the book by its cover Lady. That lady scanned me and jumped into the conclusion that was too poor to buy their dresses. I regret that in the past I brought 2 dresses from them each was prices as 400. And few Swarovski rings. Too bad I won't be going there anymore.
