I am an installer/technician. I went to Enterprise with regards to a service call I had pending on an MDU in Manhattan. The Owner and the guys there were very helpful in assisting me with their product. They furnished me with detailed wiring diagrams and explained the mechanics off their system. I was blown away with all the help/info I got. I went to the job and was able to repair in half an hour. It’s very rear in the New York area you get this kind of assistance. Especially when I might be a potential competitor. Thanks guys for your efforts. They were greatly appreciated.
