Great experience. Went with my dad who is sight impaired, and they were amazing. Very impatient with my 87 year old dad and my 83 year old mom. Very professional. Looked us all up on the computer. No sales job. Efficient and very fair. Now our go to place for sure. Highly recommend.

I called to make an appointment, employee was incredibly rude (I figured perhaps they had a rough day), scheduled an eye exam for 2 o’clock. Beautiful shop, very very busy, although everyone had masks on, it was crowded, one employee only wore the mask around her mouth. I waited from 2 p.m until 4:30 p.m when someone finally saw me. Doctor was nice and accommodating. Frame selection is incredibly pricey, not for someone on a budget.
Jen the optician was very experienced & so helpful I had the best experience ever in optical business loved her energy
Most thorough eye exam that I’ve ever had! The staff were also very kind and helpful.
I absolutely adore a business whose interior is brilliant. So much so, one would think they were walking into a photo session. Everything is that business is visually clear; it’s almost surreal. What’s just as uplifting is the customer service. Professionalism is expected of a business and that’s what one will receive, from beginning to end. They’re softly spoken, masterful conversationalist, handsome and beautiful and well educated about products. The ophthalmologist was just as sweet and fast on her feet as her colleagues. She even explained the procedures of what she was doing and confirmed an vodka observation that I made during one of her tests. In the end, I’m satisfied overall.
