Made a late night call to leave a message, and the owner picked up, and actually spoke with me. I was jaw dropped and floored. After filling my prescription (which turned out perfectly) he continued to be a kind and helpful man. Visit his shop, give him your business you won’t regret it.
I have no idea how this place has anything more than a 1-star review. Absolutely terrible service, never answer calls, waited 2 months just for my prescription. Save your time and go somewhere else!
With the DMV closed and my insurance gone I was on the hunt for a place that would not overcharge me for the mandatory eye exam for license renewal. Found this place and called to make an appointment. The owner was really nice and gave me a price quote and general run down of what will happen. I was running late but the owner was nice and still kept my appointment. He offered me hand sanitizer while i waited for him to prep and sanitize the exam room. The eye exam took 5 minutes and he consulted me on my results. He then preceded to send my results to the DMV for me and take my card for payment. Eye to Eye Optical has been a stable in Williamsburg for a long time and is run by a great owner that will work around your schedule and offer you the best prices and advice for your optical needs. Definitely give this place a visit! 30 bucks for the eye exam without insurance!
